v1.7 — Update Notes

- Added vehicle headlights and taillights at night
- Added time-of-day changes to ambient town audio

- Added wet roads/pavement, snow accumulation, snow melt, lightning, thunder, and weather-specific ambience
- Weather and seasons now influence outdoor resident activity and traffic conditions
- Changed the default clock to 12-hour AM/PM time, with optional 24-hour time in Settings

- Completely redesigned the HUD around a skeuomorphic late-90s PC city-builder aesthetic
- Consolidated scattered controls into a much cleaner top status bar and bottom control deck
- Redesigned icons, buttons, panels, demand meters, time controls, and build menus to match the new interface

- Integrated utilities with zoned development, buildings, nighttime lighting, and existing saves
- Added utility infrastructure appropriate to prebuilt towns
- Improved power-line visuals with thinner wires, wider pole spacing, and less visual clutter
