Suburbia is a neighborhood-scale city-building and management simulation where every road, park, business, and civic decision helps shape the community that grows around it.

Start with open land and build your town from the ground up. Lay out streets and cul-de-sacs, zone new development, create parks and public spaces, provide essential services, and watch families and businesses begin calling your neighborhood home.

But building the town is only the beginning.

Residents have their own homes, routines, needs, preferences, and opinions. Traffic moves through the streets you've designed. Properties improve or fall into decline. Residents react to nearby development and community decisions. Accidents and other unexpected events can disrupt daily life. As the population grows, the quiet neighborhood you started with develops problems—and a personality—of its own.

There is no single blueprint for the perfect suburb. Build a quiet collection of winding residential streets, develop a bustling community filled with amenities, or simply experiment and see what happens.
